Accounts

You're responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under your API keys.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• No attempts to circumvent rate limits, abuse security, or scrape without consent.
• No use in contexts prohibited by model providers or applicable law.

Ownership

You own your inputs and outputs as permitted by model providers. We own the Services and all related IP. These Terms do not grant rights to our trademarks or brand features.

Usage limits and plans

Plans may include message and/or token quotas. Quotas and features may change with reasonable notice.

Privacy and data

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
• We do not use your inputs or outputs to train our own models. Prompts are sent to model providers solely to deliver responses.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security reasons, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the SDKs and API keys ends.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of model outputs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business.
