Information we collect
- Account information: email, name (if provided), authentication identifiers.
- Usage data: API key identifiers, message counts, token usage, timestamps, and metadata necessary to operate and protect the Services.
- Diagnostics: crash logs, performance metrics, and device or runtime information from SDKs.
- Limited content data: prompts and responses are processed to deliver results and for abuse detection. You control what you send.
How we use information
- Provide and secure the Services, including rate limiting, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
- Measure usage for quotas and analytics.
- Improve reliability and developer experience.
- Communicate important updates about your account or the Services.
Model training
We do not use your inputs or outputs to train our own models. Prompts may be transmitted to model providers solely to deliver responses according to your configuration.
Service providers and processors
We use trusted providers to operate the Services, including:
- Supabase (authentication, data, logging)
- OpenRouter and model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepseek) for AI inference
These providers process data on our instructions with appropriate safeguards.
Analytics
We use our own analytics to understand feature usage and performance. No third‑party ad trackers are used. You can opt out by using browser controls (e.g., tracking prevention) or by not enabling analytics in the dashboard where applicable.
Data retention
Data retention is at our discretion and operational necessity and is purged periodically. Account records are kept while your account is active and may be retained where required for security or legal compliance.
International transfers
Data may be processed in regions where we or our providers operate. We apply safeguards appropriate to the transfer and applicable Canadian law.
